* Do you have MOQ?

Yes, basically 500 meters for general order.

* How do you ship the goods?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT for express delivery. Shipment by air or by sea according to customer’s requirement.

We receive your PO. 2. We send you the PI. 3. You make the payment. 4. We start the production. 5. We ship out the order.

Yes, we offer 3-5 years warranty for our products.

* How to handle customer complaints?

During the warranty period, all the defective products have replacement guarantee. We’ll need some faulty products to ship back for evaluation. This will help us improve our quality.
